From cozy home décor and bedding to stylish apparel and unique accessories, each item we offer is crafted in collaboration with trusted designers and manufacturers around the world.

ColorfulWorld (operated by XIANGYUGUANG TRADING LIMITED) is a registered business headquartered in Hong Kong. While internationally registered, our operations are proudly centered on the U.S. market. We serve our customers through global fulfillment partners, trusted logistics providers, and responsive customer support, with returns for U.S. customers handled through our U.S. return warehouse.

🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 0–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Estimated Delivery Time (Processing + Transit):

Standard Shipping: approximately 8–17 business days total.

Economy Shipping: approximately 15–23 business days total.

These estimates include both processing time and carrier transit time. Transit times begin once the order has been shipped and are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday).

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required.
For non-quality-related returns (such as change of mind or incorrect selection), customers are responsible for return shipping.
If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items), we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Original outbound shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
