SHIPPING FAQs
Do you ship to Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses?
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We will update this page if service availability changes.
How will I know if my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order online by clicking here.
Orders may be shipped separately, and items may not arrive on the same day. No additional shipping fees will be charged.
If an item is out of stock or backordered, we’ll notify you and provide an estimated ship date.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Currently, we only ship to the address specified in your order. For multiple addresses, place separate orders.
Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?
We source products from various partner fulfillment locations depending on product availability. Orders fulfilled from multiple locations may ship separately at no additional cost. Once shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that items ordered together may not ship on the same day.
Why is my item on backorder?
Occasionally, an item on Colorfulworldco.com may not yet be available at our distribution center or may be so popular that it’s out of stock. You can still order a backordered item to reserve your preferred color and size, but it will be shipped once it becomes available. The expected ship date will be shown when you add the item to your shopping bag.
Please note: Backorder ship dates may change, and we’ll notify you via email if there are any updates.
How do I track my order?
We’ll email you when your items ship or if there are any updates on your order status.
If you have an account on Colorfulworldco.com, log in to view your orders and tracking updates.
If you don’t have an account, simply find your order number and visit this tracking link to track your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders begin processing immediately after placement. Cancellation is available within 60 minutes of placing your order. If you wish to cancel within this window, please contact us as soon as possible via live chat, email, or the contact form so we can confirm whether cancellation is still possible. After 60 minutes, orders cannot be canceled. If cancellation is not possible, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy.
What should I do if my item or package is missing?
Check your order status, and if it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us with your order number and missing item/package details.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs for orders under $50 range from $7–$9, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. No membership or login is required. Please refer to the pricing chart for full details.
Currently, expedited and overnight shipping are unavailable.
What if my order has shipped but hasn’t arrived yet?
Check your tracking information for the latest status. Please contact us if tracking shows no updates for 7 consecutive days for Economy shipping, or if Standard shipping is more than 3 business days past the latest estimated delivery date.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check nearby areas and allow up to two business days for possible carrier delays. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll assist you.
Note: All product-related issues, including missing or damaged items, must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is ColorfulWorld's return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price paid to your original payment method used at checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
For verified defective or quality-related issues, return requests submitted after 30 days may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with supporting evidence (such as photos). You’ll need to send us photo proof via email or the contact form.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made items
• Made-to-order furniture
• Final sale items (including items marked as final sale or sold with additional discounts)
• Altered or modified items
For non-quality-related returns (such as change of mind or incorrect selection), customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping label. Original outbound shipping fees paid at checkout (Economy or Standard shipping) are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error — including defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items — we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs and refund any original outbound shipping fees paid.
All returns are inspected to ensure they meet the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy. If an item does not meet the return requirements, we will notify you before taking further action.

What about returns for purchases at ColorfulWorld?
To return an eligible item by mail, you'll be securely redirected to our official return portal powered by Shopify. Simply start your return here.
Ship your item(s) using the shipping carrier of your choice. Please send them to the address below, and include a copy of your receipt in the return package:

Can I cancel & exchange my order before it ships?
You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it through your order details. If cancellation is successful, any captured payment will be refunded to your original payment method. After 60 minutes, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can return eligible items after they are delivered.
Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Final Sale Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made items; made-to-order furniture; items marked as final sale or sold with additional discounts; and altered or modified items.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
Can I include multiple returns in the same package?
Yes, you can return multiple items together. Just include the return packing slips for each order. If you're returning items from multiple orders, please allow an extra week for processing.
For quicker refunds, make sure the return label and packing slips match the items, or consider returning orders separately.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
After your return package is delivered to our return center, return processing typically takes 3–7 business days. Once your return is approved, a refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.
Is there a return fee?
We do not charge a restocking fee. For non-quality-related returns (such as change of mind or incorrect selection), customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping label. Original outbound shipping fees paid at checkout (Economy or Standard shipping) are non-refundable.

Can I change my shipping address or payment method after my order is placed?
Once your order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address or payment method. However, you have up to 60 minutes after placing the order to cancel it. If you miss this window, you can return eligible items according to our return policy. To cancel, please contact us within 60 minutes via chat, the contact form, or email.
Do you take everything back?
We accept returns that meet the eligibility conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy. Items that do not meet those conditions may not be approved for return.
Do I need a receipt from my purchase?
Yes, having your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase quickly. If you don't have the receipt, we can usually find the purchase using other details, but you may need to provide additional information.
Please note: We cannot process refunds without a valid record of sale in our online store purchase history.
Is there a time limit? What if the item is worn?
We are committed to providing excellent service and resolving any issues fairly. We kindly ask for the same consideration from our customers. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items. For verified defective or quality-related issues, return requests submitted after 30 days may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with supporting evidence (such as photos). Items that are worn, washed, altered, or outside the stated return window are not eligible for return, so please review our Return & Refund Policy for specific guidelines.
What do you mean by Quality Guaranteed?
Our products are made with carefully selected materials and quality craftsmanship. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

Depending on your device or wallet provider (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay), you may have the option to securely save payment details for faster checkout. The available payment options may vary depending on the items in your shopping bag.
Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
Currently, we only accept one payment method per order. If you wish to use another payment method, please complete the order with one method and place a new order separately.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we take your payment security seriously. We use Shopify Payments, which complies with the highest security standards, including PCI DSS. All transactions are encrypted, and we utilize advanced fraud prevention tools to protect your payment details.
Why was my payment declined?
If your payment was declined, it could be due to:
1. Incorrect billing information
2. Expired credit card
3. Insufficient funds
Please double-check your details and ensure the information matches what's on file with your financial institution. If you continue to experience issues, contact your bank for more assistance.
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Once an order is placed and payment is authorized, you cannot change the payment method. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team for further support.
Do you offer installment or financing options?
Currently, we do not offer installment or financing options. However, you can securely store your payment details for faster future purchases via Shop Pay.
Are there any extra fees for using certain payment methods?
No, we do not charge extra fees for using any of the accepted payment methods. You will only be charged for the items in your order and any applicable shipping fees. No additional taxes or hidden fees are added at checkout.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your payment is authorized at checkout. Depending on your payment method and issuer policies, the charge may be captured at checkout or when the order is processed for shipment. The exact timing of the charge may vary based on your payment provider.
Do you charge sales tax on orders?
At this time, ColorfulWorld does not collect sales tax at checkout for U.S. orders. Customers are responsible for any taxes that may apply under their local laws.
How do I cancel or refund a payment?
To cancel an order or request a refund, please contact our customer service team. If your payment has been authorized but not yet charged, we will cancel the authorization. If the charge has been processed, we will issue a refund based on our refund policy.
How do I use a promo code or discount during checkout?
To use a promo code, simply enter the code in the designated field at checkout. The discount will be applied to your order, and you will see the updated price before finalizing your payment.
What if I need to report sales tax on my order?
ColorfulWorld does not collect sales tax at checkout for U.S. orders. Customers are responsible for determining and reporting any applicable taxes required under their local laws.
Can I store my payment information for future purchases?
Depending on your device or wallet provider (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay), you may have the option to securely save payment details for faster checkout. Only limited details (such as the last four digits) may appear in order records. You can also choose not to save your card details by unchecking the box during checkout.
Do you accept checks or money orders?
No, Colorfulworldco.com does not accept personal checks or money orders for online orders.
How does your Fraud Protection Program affect my order?
We screen all orders for fraud or unauthorized activity to protect our customers. If we detect any issues, we may contact you for verification or cancel the affected order to prevent unauthorized activity.
What is your privacy policy?
ColorfulWorld does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We collect, use, and share personal information to operate our store—process payments securely through Shopify and PCI-compliant payment providers, fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and perform analytics.
Where applicable, we may share limited information (such as online identifiers and internet activity) with advertising and analytics partners to measure marketing performance and, where permitted by law, deliver ads that may be more relevant to you. Some disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain U.S. state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged.
