Our Return Policy

At ColorfulWorld, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind, and we want to ensure a seamless return process. We are committed to customer satisfaction and review returns according to the conditions stated in this Return & Refund Policy. Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online for a refund of the item price paid (excluding original outbound shipping fees) within 30 days of delivery (subject to our return conditions).

To qualify for a refund, the return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, and once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. Please note that items that have been altered or are personalized (such as monogrammed or custom-made products) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We no longer provide prepaid return labels for orders. Please use your own return shipping label and choose a carrier of your choice. Ensure that the item is properly packaged and labeled. Items that do not meet the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy may not qualify for a refund.

 

Mail Returns

To return an eligible item by mail, you'll be securely redirected to our official return portal powered by Shopify to process your return. Our return process is securely handled through Shopify’s official return system. Start your return here.  After submitting your return request, you will receive an email confirmation. Please print your own return label, pack the item securely in its original or similar packaging, and ship it back to us.

For non-quality-related returns (such as change of mind or incorrect selection), customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping label. Original outbound shipping fees paid at checkout (Economy or Standard shipping) are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error — including defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items — we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs and refund any original outbound shipping fees paid.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day window are normally not accepted. In limited cases involving verified product defects or fulfillment errors, we may review the request and offer an appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy.

Returning & Exchanging Online Orders

To return items purchased on Colorfulworldco.com, please follow these steps:

1. Find Your Order Number

  • You'll be securely redirected to our official return portal powered by Shopify. Visit this link.
  • Enter your order number and the email or phone number registered with your CW account.
  • Select the order you want to return and click “View Details.”
  • Click the “Create a Return” button, complete the return form, and click “Done.”
  • Once complete, you’re ready to start the return process.

2. Print Your Own Return Label

  • After creating your return request, you will receive a confirmation email from Colorfulworldco.com.
  • Print your own return label and package your items in the original or similar packaging.
  • Attach your own return label to the package. Please note, you will need to provide your own return label as we no longer provide them.

3. Prepare Your Return Package

  • Pack the items securely in their original or similar packaging, and tape the package closed.
  • Remove or cover the original shipping label on the box.
  • Attach the printed return label to the package.

4. Mail Your Return

  • Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipment receipt. Please include a copy of your order confirmation, packing list, or receipt in the return package.

  • After your return package is delivered to our return center, return processing typically takes 3–7 business days. Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.

Please note: We are not responsible for items not purchased from ColorfulWorld returned to us by mistake.

7. Return Tracking

  • For faster processing, please provide the tracking number of your return to our customer service email. This will help us track your return and expedite the refund process.

  • We do not accept COD returns.
  • ColorfulWorld is not responsible for lost or stolen returns while in transit.

 

Cancellations & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. Here’s how we handle cancellations and exchanges:

1. Order Cancellations

  • You have up to 60 minutes from the time of purchase to cancel your order directly through your order details.
  • After 60 minutes, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return eligible items according to our Return & Refund Policy once they arrive.

2. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer exchange services.
  • If you’ve purchased an item by mistake or no longer wish to keep it, you can return it, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Can I cancel & exchange my order before it ships?

You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it through your order details. If cancellation is successful, any captured payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
