SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping to the United States


We ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, the available shipping methods at checkout depend on your delivery address and items in your order.

 

Our Shipping Process

We aim to ship your order within the stated 0–5 business day handling window. Once your order is placed, we start processing it immediately, so order changes or modifications are generally not possible. However, cancellation may be available within 60 minutes for eligible orders, as described in the ‘Cancellations’ section below. To offer a wider range of products, total delivery time equals handling time (0–5 business days) plus carrier transit time after shipment (Economy: 15–18 business days; Standard: 8–12 business days), depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Rest assured, we’re working to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Estimated Total Delivery Time (Handling + Transit):

• Economy Shipping: approximately 15–23 business days  
• Standard Shipping: approximately 8–17 business days  

Delivery estimates are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday). Transit time begins after your order has shipped.

Orders may undergo standard verification before shipping to ensure order accuracy and security. Any verification time is included within the 0–5 business day handling time. While we strive to deliver your order on time, delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Your payment method is authorized at checkout. In most cases, payment is captured at the time you place your order. If any item cannot be fulfilled or is canceled before shipment, the unfulfilled portion will be refunded. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Details

    • Economy Orders: Orders may ship from partner fulfillment locations depending on product availability. Once the package enters the United States, final delivery is completed by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, including services such as UPS SurePost.
    • Standard Orders: Orders may ship from partner fulfillment locations depending on product availability. Final-mile delivery within the United States is handled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
    • While orders may ship from partner fulfillment locations depending on product availability, returns are handled through our U.S. return facility by our U.S.-based support team.
    • Flat-Rate Shipping: Applies regardless of order size or weight. Flat-rate shipping fees are fixed based on the selected shipping method and are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Business Days & Holidays

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. This applies to both economy and standard orders. We currently do not offer expedited or overnight shipping options.

Shipping Information:

    • The delivery times shown in the shipping table above represent transit time only.
    • Order Handling Time (all shipping methods): 0–5 business days (Mon–Fri).
    • Order Cutoff Time: 8:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages. To better serve you, we source products from multiple partner fulfillment locations depending on product availability. If your order ships from multiple locations, you will receive separate shipments at no extra cost. Once shipped, you’ll get a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking info. Please note that items ordered together may not ship on the same day.

Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

 

Backorders

If an item is on backorder, the expected ship date will be displayed at the time of purchase. If there are any changes to the ship date, you will be notified by email. 

If your order contains backordered items, we may ship available items separately or cancel the backordered item if necessary. If you prefer not to wait, you may request cancellation before the item ships.

 

Cancellations

We begin processing your order immediately after it's placed. You have up to 60 minutes to cancel your order. If cancellation is possible, you’ll be able to do it through your order details. If cancellation is not possible, you may return eligible items according to our return policy.

 

Refused Shipments

If your package is returned to sender as undeliverable, you’ll receive a refund once the return is processed. Orders returned to sender cannot be re-shipped; please place a new order if you still wish to receive the items.

 

Track Your Order

To track your order, visit your account or check your Shipment Confirmation email for tracking info. If you don’t have an account, use your order number and billing zip code to track through our site.

 

Shipping Delays

If there’s a delay with your order, you may receive an email with updates, or you can check the latest tracking info online. If no updates are available and your order is past the estimated delivery date, contact us.

 

Missing Package(s) or Item(s)

If an item is missing, double-check your order in your account or confirmation email. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us through Live Chat, the Contact Form, or email. Please include your order number and let us know if it’s a "Missing Package" or "Missing Item." We’ll respond to your claim and assist further.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses?

We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We will update this page if service availability changes.

 

How will I know if my order has shipped?

You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order online by clicking here.

Orders may be shipped separately, and items may not arrive on the same day. No additional shipping fees will be charged.

If an item is out of stock or backordered, we’ll notify you and provide an estimated ship date.

 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Currently, we only ship to the address specified in your order. For multiple addresses, place separate orders.

 

Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?

We source products from various partner fulfillment locations depending on product availability. Orders fulfilled from multiple locations may ship separately at no additional cost. Once shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that items ordered together may not ship on the same day.

 

Why is my item on backorder?

Occasionally, an item on Colorfulworldco.com may not yet be available at our distribution center or may be so popular that it’s out of stock. You can still order a backordered item to reserve your preferred color and size, but it will be shipped once it becomes available. The expected ship date will be shown when you add the item to your shopping bag.

How do I track my order?

We’ll email you when your items ship or if there are any updates on your order status.

If you have an account on Colorfulworldco.com, log in to view your orders and tracking updates.

If you don’t have an account, simply find your order number and visit this tracking link to track your order.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders begin processing immediately after placement. Cancellation is available within 60 minutes of placing your order. If you wish to cancel within this window, please contact us as soon as possible via live chat, email, or the contact form so we can confirm whether cancellation is still possible. After 60 minutes, orders cannot be canceled. If cancellation is not possible, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy.

 

What should I do if my item or package is missing?

Check your order status, and if it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us with your order number and missing item/package details.

 

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping costs for orders under $50 range from $7–$9, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. No membership or login is required. Please refer to the pricing chart for full details.

Currently, expedited and overnight shipping are unavailable.

 

What if my order has shipped but hasn’t arrived yet?

Check your tracking information for the latest status. Please contact us if tracking shows no updates for 7 consecutive days for Economy shipping, or if Standard shipping is more than 3 business days past the latest estimated delivery date.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check nearby areas and allow up to two business days for possible carrier delays. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll assist you.
