One oversized silver-tone button holds this jacket closed, so the dense, curly wool gets all the attention. A deep V-neckline opens over a turtleneck or scarf, and slim sheepskin trim outlines the front edge, sleeve seams, and cuffs for a clean, graphic finish. The pile is thick, springy, and warm, and the straight cut sits easily over knits. Wear it with a chocolate turtleneck and a draped maxi skirt, or over a fitted knit with straight-leg jeans and pointed flats.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
*Professional dry cleaning is recommended. Choose a cleaner experienced with wool pile and leather trim.
*If hand washing, keep the water below 104°F and use a wool detergent. A splash of white vinegar in the water helps keep the color fresh.
*Keep the sheepskin trim out of the water where you can. Wipe it with a barely damp cloth instead, because soaking can stiffen or darken leather.
*Never scrub, rub, or use a washboard. If machine washing, use only a short, gentle wool cycle so the wool doesn't felt or shrink.
*Don't wring or twist, and avoid spin-drying. Gently press out excess water instead.
*Lay flat to dry in a cool, well-ventilated spot. Never dry in direct sunlight, which can dry out and crack the sheepskin.
*Do not tumble dry or iron.
*Once dry, fluff the curls gently with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to restore their loft.
*Condition the sheepskin trim occasionally with a small amount of leather conditioner to keep it supple.
*Store on a wide hanger in a breathable garment bag with cedar to protect against moths.
